Auditioning for Film and Television Workshop

Veteran L.A. actor/teacher Lance E. Nichols will be coming to Baton Rouge by popular demand to teach a 4 week ON CAMERA "Auditioning for Film & TV" Workshop. Mr. Nichols has over 30 years of professional experience in film, television and theatre and has Guest-Starred or Co-Starred in over 75 shows including, "ER," "Everybody Loves Raymond," "The Shield," "West Wing," "Half & Half," "Mad About You," "The Jamie Fox Show," and "The Drew Carey Show." He has appeared in the films, "K-PAX," "Frailty," "Snake Eyes," and the soon to be released "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" with Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.

In this workshop Mr. Nichols will teach a simple, but effective approach to auditioning, from pre-reads with Casting Directors to callbacks with Producers and Directors. He will cover the differences in auditioning for sitcoms, episodics, and feature films.

Classes will be held on Wednesday June 11, 18, 25 and July 2 from 7:00pm-10:00pm at the Comfort Suites, 1755 O' Neal Lane in Baton Rouge. Workshop limited to 14 students.

COST: $275
