- I have 4 sons. Recently , 2 sons, Shawn & Chris, my husband , & I worked together as extras on DejaVu in New Orleans. I believe background extras provide necessary realism to movies & enjoy proving that Louisiana residents can be professional.

Originally, I was interested in being an "extra" b/c I need to earn a few more social security credits; this was the best way to do that b/c I can choose when to work since I also work full time as a Research Associate at LSU. I get paid while spending time with family & friends!!
- Are you Actor, Extra, Crew, Vendor (your specialty, i.e. Producer, Director, Screenwriter, Locations, Vendor (i.e. equipment rental, caterer, real estate, etc)? Basically please describe what it is you currently do in relation to industry.

My 1st experience as a background extra was as a spectator at the Final Four in Glory Road. Since then, I have worked as a race spectator in the grandstand on Dukes of Hazzard; funeral mourner on the steps of the State Capitol & speech spectator at the Capitol, fairgrounds, & cane field of All the Kings Men; local townsperson & featured townsperson struck by lightning in The Reaping; Irish con artist living at campgrounds in Low Life;ferry civilian passenger, Canal Street spectator,triage patient, & in security camera footage in DejaVu.
