Introduction
Hallo! My name is Michael. I am a director in Hollywood California. I am moving back to Philly in 2009 and looking to network with like minded people in and around the 215 and hopefully forge some relationships for future projects.
What do you do? (Actor, Screenwriter, filmmaker, other)
I am a filmmaker. I'm a writer, a director, a cinematographer and an editor. I have three film degrees and just recently finished my first short film, "Jack in the Box". www.kidnapjack.com
What are your future film goals?
I hope to write and direct films that impact audiences. I don't have to change the world with a film to achieve my goals. Changing just some thought about something important would be enough. But of course I'll take a world changing film :)
What is your age?
32 and a half.
Do you have a current project? Idea? do you need help with it?
In post with my first short film. After that I will begin one of the many films that reside in my head. Considering Jack in the Box was a comedy, maybe something on the opposite end of the spectrum. I also have a few documentaries I'd like to shoot.
Why would someone want to network with you? What do you bring to the table?
Well not only am I a Philly guy, but I bring education, experience, desire and dedication to the table. Not to mention completely excessive passion for cinema and everything that resembles film and music in any shape and form which lends to creation.
