Lets make a fun video for the fall season. I suspect the next DVInfo contest will happen in October and this could be a good warmup.

The purpose of the first meeting will is to see all the new faces and brainstorm on the project. I would like us to have the basic ideas and plot points outlined by the end of the meeting.

We can plan future meetings as part of the agenda of this one.

Even if you are going to be an actor or crew you need to attend this meetup!

Discussion of the plan to produce the movie. If you have any desire to work on the movie, please plan to attend. If you want to help with the planning , set building (mostly setup on this one), Storyboard design, camera, casting or post-production then you should come. This is your opportunity to talk to Wes about what role you would like to take.

This meetup will be to pick which project we want to do first. If you have any ideas (short story, script or storyboards) that you would like to be considered please bring them along and we will consider them. If you are comfortable with uploading an electronic copy to the files section, I would encourage you to do so, so that people may read them ahead of time. Though we will be voting on one to do first, I hope we can get to doing everyone's idea's eventually.

If your idea is not complete, you can still present it, perhaps you will find people in the group who you feel comfortable to work with to get it completed. All that matters is that you are comfortable sharing it and want to move forward.

If you are interested in acting, you are welcome to come and see where we are heading (as well as casting your vote), though we will not be casting at this meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend (up to the 30), so please come to vote on what you would like to work on even if you are not presenting an idea.

I would like to get together to talk about the direction we want this group to head. Obviously we want to make movies, but where do we go from here? Which script do we want to do next? Do we want to have monthly social gatherings to toss around ideas from the whole group, not just those that are currently working on projects?

I want to figure out how to make this group a success and get more people involved and make more movies. If you have a script or movie idea bring it with you.

Interested in acting or have people told you you should be in the movies because of your great personality, engaging smile or wacky disposition?

We will be auditioning for the group project "The Super Duper Gang".

The acting commitment will be minimal and not require much time, most roles will be 1-2 shooting days, primarily w/e.

The Audition will be held on 2 seperate days, 03/16 (Raleigh) & 03/18 (Durham). Times & exact driving locations to be mailed later.

You are welcome to bring headshots and such but it is not required. We will run lines, work with props and take some reference video.
