Launching the new "Production Slate" for Producers, Directors, Writers

Beyond our social network, the newly formed "Production Slate" is a Los Angeles based independent film collective for professionals specifically focused on establishing a high profile in the film business through our productions, webzine, and social events.

The core group consists of independent producers, directors, writers and organizers (not actors or crew). With no shortage of interested members, we are conducting our first meeting to communicate the vision of the new venture by the organization's founder. Production Slate's goal in the coming weeks is to identify those members whose commitment to common goals gives birth to a core membership which will influence the direction of Production Slate.

We'll discuss the launching of the new webzine, big plans for expansion, and listen to project proposals. The discussion will focus on directors, producers, writers, and organizers.
