Well, then you should join up with folks that know just how great classic films can be--the Classic Movie Meetup of Manhattan! We go to movies of the 1930s-70s at venues like Film Forum and Symphony Space.
Like many movie meetups, there is a $1 meetup maintainence fee per event, to offset the costs of our group's subscription. Please be sure to read the "About Us" page to see our policy about no-shows--friends don't keep friends waiting forever in the lobby!
