Never have seen this iconic film by Kazan starring--need we say?--Marlon Brando, but here's the time to correct this oversight! Longshoremen and corruption. Location shots in Hoboken. Strong supporting cast of Karl Malden, Rod Steiger, and Eva Marie Saint.

Please note that we're meeting at 5pm for a 5:30pm show--I know, horribly early, but that's the way Film Forum programmed it. You can buy your ticket online, too, and then be a little bit later and meet us in the seats, but you should let me know that in your rsvp.

Admission: $11 + $1 meetup maintenance fee

Optional quick bite afterwards at one of the nearby restaurants for those interested!

    • “ The movie was excellent and the organizer Linda, was very nice. I want to meet people, so I would suggest either holding the meetups somewhat later on weeknights around 6:30-7pm or on weekends. ”
